How to request a return and refund.
Customer returns and refunds can be processed under the following conditions:
1. Products purchased with manufacturing defects (confirmed by the brand's service center) can be returned, subject to the product's return period, such as within 7 or 14 business days.
2. The customer has completed their order, but the company has not yet acknowledged receipt of that order.
3. The refund period depends on the payment method chosen by the customer. The timeframe is determined by the payment gateway provider.

Requesting cancellation of an order from the company.
Whenever the company receives an order on the website, the company may accept, reject, modify the quantity or other limitations of your order for any reason. If the company rejects, modifies, or adjusts the limitations of your order, and if the company cancels the order or a portion of an order for which the company has already charged you, the company will issue a full refund for the canceled portion of the order.
