Warranty conditions
Product warranty conditions vary depending on the product model. Please check with the company again. The warranty will be processed directly through the service center of that product.
LCDTVTHAILAND does not conduct inspections/repairs/modifications on the products sold. LCDTVTHAILAND is only a distributor of the products.**
Conditions for product warranty during transportation
When the customer receives the product, please inspect the product thoroughly within 3 days. The customer must follow the steps that the company has set out completely as follows:
Please check the external condition of the product and take photos from every angle.
Take a video clip from before opening the product box, continuing until opening the product for use, clearly showing the damaged areas.
(For the company's product packaging, all operations are performed under the recording of CCTV footage to show the condition of the product before each shipment. This can only be used as evidence for internal inspections.)
If damage is found to have occurred due to transportation and the customer's video clip is complete and meets the above requirements, the company will be responsible for any damages incurred. The company's staff's decision is final.
