Shipping conditions

Orders will be shipped according to the order number and confirmed delivery schedule. Items ordered under the same order number may be shipped separately, depending on the type of product, as deemed appropriate by the company.

Products will be delivered only to the address specified in the shipping address section, and the shipping address cannot be changed once delivery has been confirmed.
We reserve the right not to ship to P.O. Box offices, but will only ship to the clearly specified address.
We reserve the right not to deliver goods to Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat provinces, as well as any islands in Thailand. For island areas, we will deliver to the nearest port (on the mainland) to that island.

Delivery times may vary for certain products, such as made-to-order items, imported items, special order items, or items not currently in stock. The company will notify you in advance.

For shipments of products that do not come with manufacturer-provided packaging and are being shipped by IT City, the company will refrain from adding further packaging in order to help reduce waste and environmental pollution.
If you have not received your goods within 3 days of the company confirming shipment, please call the company at 091-901-7000 or 091-901-8000. Upon receiving your goods, please inspect them thoroughly before signing the delivery slip for your own benefit. If you find any problems, please report them immediately via 091-901-7000 or 091-901-8000 before accepting the delivery.
Shipping Types: The company provides shipping services within the Kingdom of Thailand to the registered address only. Delivery or delivery with installation services are available, depending on the product and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Fees: The company charges shipping fees as indicated on each product page and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Cancellation due to error.
