Shipping
The company will confirm the shipment of your order once payment is complete and verified by the company during business hours.
Product delivery will be processed according to the details in the order number. The shipping method will depend on the product details, shipping options, and delivery address.
Products will be delivered only to the address specified in the shipping address section, and the shipping address cannot be changed once delivery has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to disclaim responsibility if the buyer provides an "incorrect shipping address" and the product is lost (due to the buyer's error).
Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions, peak shipping volume, promotions, holidays, or if the product is made to order.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly within 7 days. If the product has a manufacturing defect (and is confirmed by our service center), we will proceed with the warranty claim process, depending on the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Types of shipping
The company will process orders using the following shipping options: (Shipping details will vary depending on the type of product and delivery area.)
1. Pick up at the store.
Customers can pick up their orders at our company branch located on Phatthanakan Soi 53. Please contact our staff for more information.
2. Product delivery.
If customers are unable to pick up the goods themselves, we offer four delivery options, categorized by service area as follows:
Group 1 Areas: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan
⚡️ 2.1 Same Day Delivery
Delivery is handled by Lalamove or other private shipping companies. Our company will hand over the goods to the shipping company, which will then deliver them to the customer according to the agreed-upon timeframe. This delivery does not include assembly or installation services in any case. 🔧 2.2 Delivery with assembly and installation by the LCDTVTHAILAND team.
This is a delivery and assembly service for "TVs" within Bangkok and its surrounding areas. Our team will contact the buyer to schedule an appointment beforehand. (Additional services can be ordered, such as wall mounting installation.)
📦 2.2 Private courier delivery (takes 2–3 days)
Delivery is handled by a private shipping company. Our company will hand over the goods to the shipping company, which will then deliver them to the customer according to the agreed-upon timeframe. Assembly and installation services are not included in any of these deliveries.
Group 2: Provinces outside Bangkok
📦 2.4 Delivery by private courier (takes 3–4 days)
Suitable for customers in provinces throughout the country.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees as determined by the shipping company.
